CLIP, CLIP, CLIP! Coupons that is! There are many places that you can find coupons.
We do not subscribe to the newspaper, BUT I grab the coupons from my dad's newspaper every Sunday. This is a great place to find coupons, so consider getting a Sunday paper at least.
Check your store mailings for coupons. Smartsource and Redplum send out mailings as well.
Many websites offer printable coupons. Here are a few to get you started.....

There are hundreds of printable coupon websites out there. You can also go to a manufacturer's site such as Pillsbury.com or Campbells.com to print coupons.
My Rule of Thumb Is - If the item were free and you would take it, Clip It! Many times I will share deals with CVS or Walgreens or Target, and when stacked with other deals, your coupon would make the item free! Or sometimes give you money back! For instance, I usually don't buy pricey body wash, but I printed a coupon for $2 off Nivea Body Wash. Combined with a CVS offer, I got it free and it smells delicious!
I currently use a large accordion file to store my coupons, but there are binders out there that have clear sheet protectors with several "slots" each, so that you can view your coupons more easily.
Again, don't get overwhelmed and discouraged. If clipping a bunch of coupons is too much for you right now, just clip the ones that you KNOW you will use. It's a great way to get started, and give you a little motivation to try more later. It's great how a few dollars add up to a lot of savings! I have heard of some women who open a banking account at the in-store bank at their local grocery store. When they check out, they ask for their savings back in cash, then go deposit that cash directly in the bank. What an idea!
Happy Clipping!
