I am fairly new at shopping at Walgreens, but I will tell you what I have learned. There a couple of ways to find a deal at Walgreens.
There are 7 –Day Coupons inside of the Walgreens weekly ad (you can find the weekly ad at the front of the store if you don’t get one by mail). You can combine the 7-Day coupons with a Manufacturer coupon.
Walgreens also offers Register Rewards. When you buy a certain item a Register Reward will print out at the end of your order. This is a coupon (usually for a certain dollar amount off) to be used on your next visit. They usually expire within 2 weeks. Sometimes they will limit what you can use the RR on, so keep that in mind.
I will look out for the Walgreens deals every week, so stay tuned!

Hey! I've been shopping Walgreens since August and didn't know if you knew but always save your Wags coupons for last. Hand then over Manufacturer coupon first, then rr, then wags coupons. If you do it wags first sometimes your coupons wont go through!! I'm so glad you are doing this. I can't tell you how much money we have saved over the past 5 months. I absolutely love My Litter of Six. I also check out CouponingtoDisney.blogspot.com and moneysavingmom.com quite often. Check out Tammysrecipes.com and amysfinerthings.com for great recipes on meal planning.
Thanks for the tips! I did hear that on some different stores, and have kept to it. I will pass it along....
