CiCi's Pizza - $3.99 Buffet the last 2 weeks in February!

In order to celebrate their 25th Anniversary, CiCi's Pizza is offering their All-You-Can-Eat Buffet for only $3.99 the last 2 weeks in February!  (Promo starts 2/17/10)
